Soldat…

To win a war, it’s essential to mobilize an army of good soldiers. But what makes a soldier is a good soldier is neither his training, his equipment nor his physical strength. all of it is a good quality that a soldier could have but not the essential one. The essential is a soldier’s heart, his faith and his creed. No matter how good a soldier’s training equipment or physical strength is, without a heart of a lion, he will just run away in fear of the enemy. While some bunch of fanatics will throw them self and their enemies ablaze because of their faith. And the best way to create a faithful solder is to indoctrinate them with a believe, a faith, a creed, that makes them a renegade. That’s the best soldier, soldier who dare to kill himself for the victory of his army.

Training, equipment and physical strength is very essential for a soldier.Soldier that have a good heart can’t win the war if they never get a training and a good weapons.
Their heart or bravery or faith or something like that can be controlled or at least affected by their veteran or charismatic commanders in the battlefield.
-Soldier with guns and its ammo worth 3 ordinary man,Trained Soldier with guns and its ammo worth 5 ordinary man,Trained Soldier with guns, its ammo and his good heart worth 10 ordinary man,but soldier with only its good heart only worth 2 ordinary man- Cause a good hearted soldier without weapon more scared than a coward that carried a weapon.

Hehehe…. But still, the fact said otherwise. One man with a firm heart can destroy one tank while ten soldier without a heart will just run away..

I’m not saying that weapon training or physical strength is not important, but the most important is one’s heart…

    Agreed.
IMO, they also need a strict obedience and loyalty to the army or the country. With only obedience to the leader, once the leader is dead, it’s easy to crush them with one strike.

Dunia dengan cepat terasa sempit. Tiba-tiba ngeliat xaliber (teman satu angkatan / sekolah dengan saya) di blog ini. Hadoh hadoh. Hahaha.

On topic. You’re missing one component, which I discussed on my blog about the periodic table of life. It’s hope. A pack of soldiers with jetpacks, hand-held anti-aircraft shock intercept missiles and lightsabers are no good if they don’t have hope that they will win. ;)

Aheehhe…. So that’s the missing component… No wonder my thesis feels a bit “uncomplete”..

Hmm… is that what we call as morale? :?
As long as the great loyalty to the country still exists, there should be morale — will be better if the general can boosts the soldiers’ morale more.
